After a thorough examination to determine whether treatment with Invisalign® Teen Aligners is appropriate based on the initial situation, a precise digital diagnosis and creation of a personalized ClinCheck® 3D treatment plan follows.
The aligners are worn for approximately 22 hours a day and changed at home (on average every 1 to 2 weeks). The indicators fade from blue to colorless, indicating the actual time the aligners have been worn.
The intervals for check-ups are every 6 to 8 weeks to ensure everything is monitored and running according to plan.
Positioner
To ensure optimal fine adjustment during the final phase of orthodontic treatment, a positioner can be used. The chewing pressure presses the teeth into the predefined recess and adjusts them to the ideal bite position.
Prophylaxe

Patienten mit festsitzenden Zahnspangen benötigen eine besondere Betreuung, da durch die Apparaturen bestimmte Flächen beim Putzen schwerer erreichbar sind. Regelmäßige Vorsorgeuntersuchungen sollten aber weiterhin von Ihrem Hauszahnarzt durchgeführt werden.
Positioner. Um eine optimale Feineinstellung in der Schlussphase der kieferorthopädischen Behandlung zu gewährleisten, kann ein Positioner eingesetzt werden. Durch den Kaudruck werden die Zähne der Kiefer in die vorgegebene Aussparung gepresst und passen sich der idealen Bissposition an.
Retainer
