After studying dentistry at the Free University of Berlin and completing her doctorate at the Charité Berlin, Dr. Majdani began her dental career at a renowned dental practice in Berlin-Zehlendorf. She completed her specialist training in orthodontics at Dr. Gudrun Anschütz's orthodontic practice in Berlin and at the Hannover Medical School. After passing her specialist examination in Hannover, she worked for two years as a clinical orthodontist at the German-American company OraMetrix's headquarters in Dallas, USA. OraMetrix is ​​one of the leading dental high-tech companies in the USA, which introduced a groundbreaking technology to orthodontics with the innovative SureSmile® system. A novel digital treatment system that uses robot-bent wires in fixed orthodontics can significantly shorten treatment times. Dr. Majdani is married and has three children.

Dr. Anke Woltmann spent her childhood and youth in Kirchrode. She studied dentistry at the Hannover Medical School, where she also earned her doctorate. Dr. Woltmann eventually returned to the place of her childhood and has been working as an employed dentist at Dr. Majdani's practice since July 2012.
